- Assisted with stage and seating set up and tear down as well as ticketing for live shows twice a week.
- Participated in marketing through filming footage of shows for social media and formatting, editing, and sending out weekly newsletters to the venue’s mailing list.
- Led endeavor to automate artist contracts using a combination of manual coding and AI programs.
- Attended weekly staff meetings and helped brainstorm ideas for upcoming events, marketing opportunities, and possible artists to book.
- Organized information regarding all possible media outlets and contacts for press releases in the area into a spreadsheet for easy access.
